Colorado Adds Pregnancy Accommodation Law

 

Colorado has a new law that protects individuals with "conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, or a related condition" without requiring that the conditions be disabling (like the current ADA regulations).  
 
If you have an employee who requests an accommodation for pregnancy, you must make a good faith effort to do so unless the accommodation would create an undue hardship for the company.
