Los Angeles County Minimum
Wage& Sick Pay Changes

 

Effective July 1, 2016 the minimum wage will be increased to $10.50 per hour in Los Angeles County for employers with 26 or more employees.
 
Also effective July 1, 2016 employers with 26 or more employees in the City of Los Angeles will be required to provide more sick pay than the current CA sick pay.
 
These changes will affect employers with 25 or less employees one year in arrears on July 1, 2017.
